My husband and me This is me and my husband in the Highlands of Scotland in 2018, a trip for our 30th anniversary.	My son This is me and my son, Dakota, who is an actor.	Sherrie Sherrie is my cousin-in-law, close friend, and is also an author, S.W. Frontz. She helps me in the editing process of my books as well as historical accuracy and ideas for plots.
Aunt Betty My Aunt Betty has helped me proofread a couple of my novels in the past. She's a smart lady and caught a lot of errors! She lives in South Carolina.	Lyndsay H. This is my husband's cousin, who has helped me proofread a few of my novels.	Christy Rankin This is my cousin-in-law, and she helps me proofread my books. She works as a nurse in Tennessee.

We all went to a gym together and I write about a gym in the story.	Cheryl at Knotts Island Peach Festival 2 I sold books at the 2018 Knotts Island Peach Festival. Library Romance Readers I was asked to attend a Romance Readers book group in December 2016 at the Pungo-Blackwater Library to talk about myself and my books. It was very nice to meet these lovely ladies.	Library Romance Winners These ladies were winners of some of my books at the December Romance Readers book group in Pungo. This was a real nice group of ladies.	Berkeley Festival 2016 I sold and signed my books at Berkeley Plantation's Virginia Thanksgiving Festival in November 2016.

My friend took a pic of herself reading my book while on her lunch break at work, and posted it to my Facebook timeline. It made my day!
Reading on vacation A friend of mine took my book on vacation with her and posted a pic on my Facebook timeline. That was so exciting!	Giving Tina a copy of Starlight Wish Tina is my friend and neighbor who allowed me to use her daughter Bri's picture (taken by Kristin Shenk) on my cover for Starlight Wishes.	Rena' and me Rena' is a childhood friend I went to school with, who won a contest I held on my Facebook page. Her prize was a copy of my first book.
April and me April is co-owner of Southern Fried Country Market in the Pungo section of Virginia Beach. She bought one of my first books.	Shadow Our dog, Shadow, is a Havanese bichon.	Meeting Sandi I got to meet one of my best fans, Sandi, who drove up with her husband from North Carolina to attend. She honored me by bragging about my books, even to another author.
Signing books Met some really nice people and sold some books at the Authorfest in November 2014.
